Spring 2015 Enrollment Survey - your input is needed by Monday, September 22nd

The Health Science Undergraduate Program is currently planning the class schedule for next semester and we need your input.  Please complete this time sensitive survey to help us plan.   Student participation is really important because courses and the number of sections that are offered will be directly related to the results of this survey.  If participation in the survey is low, the courses that are offered in the spring will also be low, which may delay academic progression.   The survey link was also sent in an email to all HS students who are on the google group - please complete this survey only once!
