Graduation Process

All students must apply for graduation by submitting the University Graduation Application.

You will submit two completed forms to the Registrar:
Completed forms need be approved first by a Health Science Faculty Advisor and then the registrar.  You can submit the forms up to one year in advance of your graduation date and you should begin this process at least one month prior to the University deadline.  For more information on the graduation application process, including deadlines, please review the information provided by the office of the Registrar.

Once your graduation application has been received and processed by the registrar's office you will receive a Graduation Worksheet.  This worksheet will be sent via email from your graduation evaluator and you should review it.  For more information on understanding this worksheet, please see the Registrar's Graduation Worksheet Guide
